You never know what a new place is going to be like until you actually move in. I heard a lot of bad things about this place but I have lived at Lakeshore for 6 months now and so far it is great. I moved in on a special so my rent is very reasonable and I am pretty much located in the middle of everything I need to be by.
My neighbors are quiet, the people in the office are great and so far no bad experiences with maintenance.
I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking to save money on a good home and have great service.
