I'm a guy and have lived here for a while now. I like the area and like apartment I live in. You always hear people say you get what you pay for alot and maybe thats true but I think here I have a good value, my rent is affordable for my income and I have not had a problem with service at all. I think I get more than what I pay for. I had a couple problems with a leak but they were on the ball and i appreciated that. The maintenance people work their butts off, I see them out on the grounds picking up trash in the morning whether its hot or not. I like seeing that and think it shows they care even when they think no one is looking. I say if you are looking, come and check it out.
