We have had roaches all year long. I am a clean freak, and it doesnt help. My 4 year old woke up screaming one night because there was one on her hand. They go through all rooms of the house, no matter how many times you call the exterminator. The carpets and everything about this place is dirty, disgusting and moldy! Ive never lived in such a place. No wonder this was the only place to move when my husband got his 2 weeks moving notice with his military orders. Its disgusting! The people that live here are rude, half of them do drugs! The smell of someone smoking pot overwelms our hallway and seeps into our apartment. The only nice thing I have to say about it is the maintenance staff if friendly. Also be prepared to keep the maintenance number on speed-dial. Everything breaks and needs repaired around here. I gave up on half the stuff because no matter how many times they fix it, its still broken. But hey - if you like roaches and dirty environments, move here.
