First of all - I think the 2 people who posted no roaches and positive items are actually people who dont live here (hmm, business office trying to get people to fill empty apartments, wouldnt surprise me). If there is no roaches - I would love to know why EVERY apartment building keeps getting notices on their doors AT LEAST once a month saying "we are having a mandatory spray due to roach complaints". Maintenance people are so friendly - but there is only so much they can do to an apartment that everything breaks continuously and has black mold like stains through out the bathrooms. Its just so dumpy looking here, the model they show you before moving in looks NOTHING like what youll be moving into. Thats probably why they dont let you see your actual apartment till you sign your paychecks away on the lease. Also, there are some of the rudest people living here. I am in my early 20s and I must say - its ridiculous how loud it gets in this area during day and night. I have a neighbor who constantly stands in the hallway screaming at her kids - no matter the hour. There are all these retarded teenagers wondering around all the time - making this place look ghetto - its no wonder half the residents are afraid to walk around at night - that is unless they are the problem families themselves. Music is blaring all hours of the day and night (no joke I continuously had to tell my downstairs neighbors about blaring music at 1 AM during the week). Lets see, what else. Cant forget the neighbors who dont know how to clean up their dogs mess, its so gross, they just let their dogs go anywhere and leave it! We decided we wanted out after 3 months of living here - Im greatful my husband is military and the rest of our family lives in PA so they only have to come and "sleep with the roaches" few and far between. Dont move here unless you dont mind the ghetto!
