I have lived here for almost a year and we have had a roach problem since we moved in. Management blamed us for the problem... hello we complained about them 2 weeks after we moved in. Our toilet is caving in. Everytime we call maintance they say they need to call their contractor, give them a week. That was October of 2006, still not fixed. There is mold throughout the apartment, A/C doesn't always work. They have a kiddy pool that they only clean once a week. It piles up with leaves and then the pump gets broken and no one can use it. The Neighbors are loud and noisy. My husband's car got broken into (it was locked and the windows up)and the police around here did nothing about it. Another neighbor got her car broken into, again the police did nothing about it. The teenagers run around here as though they own everything, extremely rude. I could go on and on but I would be writing a book as to why you should move here. I cannot wait to get out of my lease.
