I do not recomend anyone to live here. When we first moved in we had to fight to get a real door put on the front entrance, the original was just a hollow interior door, my wife could have punched a hole in it, and she is tiny. when they came to due maintanence, we where at work and when we came home there was dirt every where, urine on our toilet seat, and my wife closed the bed room doors before she left for work, and they where open when we came home, we never found anything missing though. We asked for reapairs to things, we have been here almost a full year, and only the front door was replaced. We where also promissed a newly renovated appartment, but got a horable one. during the summer the A/C never cooled our bed room, and the winter was cold. ther is a lot of water damge to the ceiling, mostly plaster starting to fall in certian places. the bathroom fan dosnt work well. and above all, when they put down poison for roaches, they multiplied. and you sahare one washer and one dryer, that is change operated, between 8 apartments in one building.
