i was out of state when i got this apartment and have lived here almost two years- the maintainence has always been wonderful and the staff has always been pleasant- the only problem i have had with the staff is that when we renewed our lease they would not offer us a 6 month lease, even though they did when we moved in, and now they charge us an extra $50 a month because we signed up for 9 months and not 12, but they says that is coorporate doing that-the downsides are that there are parties in my front and back "yards" (very small areas) all the time-also they tried breaking into my car (and evidentally the people who did it werent very smart because i have a flashing red light on my dash that says i have an alarm) -there are kids running everywhere and people let their dog poop in my yard all the time even though i have complained- mainly the staff is very kind and maintainence requests have always been responded to quickly, but it is the people living here that make it a not so wonderful place- oh yeah and i second the roaches statement
