I lived here for 2.5 years and this was absolutely horrible. The toilet upstairs leaked onto my tv, someone kicked in my neighbors back door which caused me to get a "kick bar" to protect myself. I can hear my neighbors VACUUMING and talking. I was awakened at 5am every morning by the sound of my other neighbors shower running. Parking was a nightmare, especially when you have 2 cars and/or guests. There were many nights where I would be forced to park on the street because of no extra parking spaces. My window leaked during hurricane Ernesto and maintenance said they couldn't come out and I would have to wait. Well at that point my carpet is wet and smelly and since I moved out I am now being charged for the carpet to be replaced'''' WHATEVER....the carpet was dirty from the day I walked in. If we walked around with no socks then the bottom of our feet would be black...YES BLACK...it was gross but I AM BEING CHARGED FOR THE CARPET BEING DIRTY'''' When I moved in March 2004 the apt was NOT CLEAN. I had to ask the cleaning lady to come back and her response was "you aren't the only tenant moving in today I don't have time to help everybody." The front office has a horribly high turn over rate and nobody knows what they are talking about. None of them can get their story straight nor can they accept responsibility for their faults. As I told 3 perspective tenants while I was living there....DO NOT MOVE IN.....IT WILL BE A NIGHTMARE.
