I have been reading the various comments about this apt complex, and I can't believe how things have changed. I rented a 1 bedroom apt while an undergrad student at HU and I loved it. There was ample parking, the people were nice and you could not beat the price ( Back then you could get a 1bdrm with washer and dryer for 450 a month, and over three years it only went up to 515.) Now I'm in DC paying 930 for an apt and I definitely miss those savings.

In any event I just thought I would add my input as someone who lived there apparently during better days.
