Do not live here!!!! I just moved in 5 days ago, and immediately found the place disgusting! I was shown a beautiful model of what my apartment was going to look like, and moved into filfth! The front door barely locks, the kitchen and bathroom floors were extremely dirty! I wouldn't even walk around barefoot until I had to go buy a vacuum cleaner to suck up all of the dust and pubic hairs lining every single baseboad and in the bathrooms! There were dead bugs laying all over the place, the windows don't lock! There's paint all over the floor from it being repainted, I guess they didn't care about putting down protective tape for the carpet! My hallway bath takes forever to drain! I have to run my dryer at least 3 times before the clothes are actually dry, even when there's no line in the catcher! I opened my utility closet where the heat pump is, and it's covered in dust...it looks likes it has never seen a vacuum or any cleaning device for that matter. I have mold on the porch of my balcony! All of the appliances and flooring are at least 30 years old! The place is infested with roaches! I spoke with the people that live under me and they let me look in their apartment; there were roaches crawling everywhere! all over the countertops, all over the floor and the walls! It was devastating! they said they called the leasting office to have their place exterminated and the woman told them to wait! wait for what'''' Please DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! you will seriously regret it! I pay way too much for this and I'm trying to get out of my lease because these are unhealthy living conditions!!!!

The problems I had with Northampton were Ants one summer, Flies and termites another summer. My kitchen sink had a leak from something and I only encountered one waterbug from that. My windows did not lock and it took me six months to get screens on my windows.
