This place is not what they advertise. There are break in and drug problems in this area. The gunshots and actual shootings was one of the things management did not mention. After you are in your lease, the management team is really nasty and unprofessional. They over charge you with estimated bills for the water. The crime is pretty high. The walls are paper thin and you can hear every step that your neighbors make. If you need something repaired, forget about it, go to home depot and take a class because you will be doing it yourself. It is a market priced project. This property needs a overhaul. Renter beware.
