While the rent is low (sort of) it is not a safe area. I WOULD NOT move here with kids, or as a single woman. Gun fire is a weekly thing in the summer time and break ins do happen frequently. Its not the inner city or anything but its not pleasant either. The people in the office put on a great face to get you to move in and then they really don't seem to care, but i haven't found an appt. complex thats not like that. In my laundry building usually 3 out of 4 washers and 3 out of 4 dryers work , tho the building is pretty dirty. If you can deal with hearing gun fire, music so loud it vibrates your house and windows and not having a place to park then this is you dream home. (oh and the mail, well don't have anything shipped here unless you KNOW you'll be home to get it and even then your lucky if they take it to the right house) k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
