I lived here from Aug 07 to Aug 08, at first I will admit it was nice, quiet, no problems or anything then after the first of the year everything started going wrong. People were always parking in our assigned parking spot, the ladies at the office were rude, I'd hear gunshots at night all the time and my husband worked nights so I was always there alone at night. I mentioned the gunshots to one of the ladies at the office and she said she'd never heard them at her apt and she changed the subject very quickly. We had cockroaches and other bugs, we asked them to come and spray and they never did. I had to go out and buy roach traps myself. When we moved out we got out final bill for damages and water, Im ok with the bill for the damages but not for the water. They are trying to charge us $111.00 for the 9 days in August that we lived there, and when I called to ask them about it they told me that I paid a water bill every month but that the Water Company was behind and that the $111.00 dollars was for three months and that was the water companys estimate for my usage and that the water company was late, and I again explained to her that I had been paying my water bill and she just kept saying that the water company was behind and that she didnt know how else to explain it to me. ok seriously does that make any sense at all'' if they were behind then what the hell was I paying' I wouldn't refer anyone here if my life depended on it. The women in the office are rude with the exception of one or two, but the rest just dont care as long as they get their money.
