this is my first apartment and everything was good at the beginning....the people in the rental office were very nice of course they all are when they want you to sign that paper however a couple months after i moved in the problems began. dont get me wrong the apartment is a decent size and i love all the space i have but its not worth what im paying for it. lets start with the parking....from the jump people were constantly in my parking spot. there would be other spots but they chose to park in mine. ive had to tow cars on more than one occasion. then the walls here are paper thin. i can clearly hear everything that goes on in my neighbors apartment as well as just people who are outside. i can be upstairs in my bedroom and clearly hear what sgoining on outside without them even being loud. too top things off on more than 1 occasion ive seen the most biggest bugs ever!!!! from spiders to waterbugs or roaches whatever they are they are extremely big. the maintenance is horrible. they do things on their time. they can be up at the crack of dawn cutting some damn grass or fixing the outside of these apartments to make them look good but when it comes to getting something fixed in the house they come when they want. i have called multiple times for the same issue with the tile in my kitchen floor coming up and they came after about 4 times that i called and repalced only the tiles that came up so i had 7-8 brand new tiles and the rest were old tiles so you could clearly see the difference in my floor and when those tiles came up someone came in and glued them back down which left some blackshit on my floor that i had to scrub to get off in which its still there. he told me the first man shoulve replaced them all however he wasnt going to do that job in which he didnt start. everytime i call in to the rental office to complain about something my neighbors have done they act as if they do not care. there has been gunshots right at the top of my block where you would turn in at to get to my apartment i currently still live here but mu lease is up in february and im getting the hell out......to make things worse when i moved in i got a special they told me after my 1 year lease it wouldnt go up no more that $40 now that its getting closer to the time for me to go something said check on that price again i call in and they tell me that its going up $95 ------- dollars and i refuse to pay $754 for a 1 bedroom townhome with all the problem it has going on out here. i dont recommend this for anyone its over priced and they are not even all that
