Due to guidelines i can not completely say everything i want to but, when i lived here my husband and i became handicapped( we were both in wheel chairs and hospital beds). The rental office refused to build us a ramp so we could enter or exit our home. I have two small children and had a fire stated my entire family would have died. I told the office this and they said basically not their problem. The apartments are crappy. The display one is really nice. My tiles in the kitchen were coming up and the toilet in the dowstairs bathroom was not even attached to the floor. The ceiling constantly leaked. They said this was because my sink fauset dripped, right. this is just a few of the structural problems. My frige turned its self on and off and it took them almost two months to get my air conditioning running when it was well over 90 degrees outside and i was confined to a bed. My dish washer broke over and over. Also, the cabinet under the sink dry rotted and fell apart. For the water bill they add up the total price for the entire building and charge each home by the number of occupents. Basically if the navy guys next door who only have 1 person on the lease but have a washer and dryer and 20 guys living there run up their bill your paying. I had 80 dollar water bills for my husband and i and two babies. Seriously. Dont have motorcycles because if they dont get stolen the office is going to tell you that you can not park them in the UNASSIGNED spots behing your home. There was break in after break in. Three of my neighbors got robbed at gun point. Call the NN police dept. and ask your self. Gun shots every night i was to afraid to go outside after dark. Also dont ask for the corperate number the office manager lied to me and gave me a wrong number. I had to go through hell to get it. Also they lied to me about the military clause they told me i could not move out unless it was outside of the hampton roads area which includes VB. When i checked my lease it says 35 miles from the main office. They seem so great i was so happy to move in and it turned out to be the worst experience of my life.RUN dont walk away from this place.
