NO NO NO!!! HORRIBLE APTS!

The maintenance is almost nonexistant, and when they actually do fix something, it takes weeks of complaining before they come. There are always crickets and outside bugs in the apt, but they refuse to spray for pests. Nobody is ever in the apt. rental office. Now that I'm about to move out they want to charge for things such as carpet cleaning for normal wear and tear of the carpeting (half of which was shampooed a month ago because the hot water heater busted and the apt flooded and they wouldnt replace the wet carpet in the living room, and the other half is brand new!) They have a pool, but it doesn't open and isn't maintained (when I went to see the apt they pointed out that they havea pool though...) The apts are pretty big, and cheap, but I'm not sure they're worth the hassle... And the windows are all old and air gets in, so the electric bill is always high. (I had mold growing around one of my windows because the rain water kept leaking in and the apt manager told me not to worry about it!)

Everything Aleisha80 said is true. I've had some of the same issues. The problem is, the apartments are old as dirt and they need to be modernized (especially the windows). They don't close all the way, so I have to use weather stripping during the winter months (a draft still comes through the front door though).
