I moved here in February and think it's better than the previous review stated. I have not experienced the same thing. Yes, Lincoln Park is next door but when I drive past on my way to/from work, it seems fairly quiet. They are old buildings so you can't expect perfection. The price was right and it is close to 64. I know they have someone patrol the area and I see the workers picking up garbage every morning when I leave for work. I had only had 1 problem in my apartment and they were there the next day to fix it. I have heard my neighbors but so far no more than the place I moved from - I think that is just a fact of life when you live so close to someone else. I have had bugs - not really sure what kind - but they sent someone out and took care of it. Hope this helps.

Me & my family used to live here a few years ago.. It wasn't bad & the staff was nice, not sure if it's the same staff.. to sum it up, I would reccomend Queen's Terrace
