First of all i just want to clear some things up. when people advertise low rent what do you expect if you can only afford so much.. me and my family moved here in october of 05. we have lived at Queens since then and i must say some of the things are true but what are we doing about it. yes someone was killed in october of 05, i was here when it happend but after talking to the police it was something that was caused by the person who was killed. stop jumping to conclusions when you here something. maintenece is great i have seen worst. the area is okay as well. so what lincoln park is next to us. has anyone ever drove through there but yet you call it the ghetto. they have more police then we have. you dont see any trash on the grounds nor do you see people hanging out in hallways or laundry rooms. why is our community like that. when was the last time you threw something away and saw trash on the ground and picked it up. we make the community so if you are complaining and not helping this is for you!!!

I will agree with you to an extent. I too use to stay in Queen's Terrace and true it is cheap and if that's all you can afford, that's all you can afford but I will say don't believe because you can't afford much you can't have something nice. Because I moved out of Queen's Terrace into a nice apartment complex, no roaches, no ghetto, no run down building, no killings, and nice office people and neighbors... and I only pay $50 more a month.
