I lived in this place for a year. It was filthy when I moved in. It was dusty, roach infested, paint was peeling, cabinets were falling off, the bath tub and carpet were stained. Yes, the rent is very cheap and maintenance does come quickly to fix things. Watch out when you move out, because queens terrace and weinstein management will try to iverinflate damages to the apartment. They tried to say I had damaged the place, but all of the damges they said were their when I moved in. They even tried to say I had pey urine stains in the apartment, yet I did not have a pet. I even scheduled a move out inspection, which they did not show up for, which is part of the agreement in my lease. I called their bluff and did not let them scare me with their threats of the many attorneys they had and they eventually gave me back my security deposit. If you are a student or military watch out, because everybody they try to overinflate damges our students and military. I know this place is cheap, but for a little bit more you can find a much better place that will not try to take advatage of you, because you decide to move out. If you do move their take time dated pictures the day you move in and the day you move out. And if they try the same thing they did with me, with you, take your chances and go to court. They do not have all the things they say, they couldn't even find a copy of my lease when i moved out.
