I should have known when I asked them about crime in the area... managers responded with "You'll have to check the local police blotter at the library". Yeah, I was lazy and didn't check. As a white man, I can say this is one of the worst places to live in Hampton, VA. Loud music, 911 calls, gunfire outside my window on new years eve. The noise is unbearable from nearly every neighbor. Hands down the worst place I have ever lived (and I have lived in 5 states at numerous apartments).

Sex on the washers, condoms in the hallway, a guy with a bag full of keys trying to get into my apartment, nightmare from hell. I was afraid to sleep at night because of the winos that hung out back by the ravine. No thanks, would never live here again in a million years. Rent free' No thanks. I'll pay my rent in a nice hood. If you have any questions, you can contact me and I would be happy to fill you in but trust me, don't live here.
