I went with my daughter apartment hunting in Hampton and the surrounding area and fell in love with Signature Place. It is quiet,very pretty and well kept. They have a nice pool and exercise room. I was really impressed with the exercise room and the fact that they offer aerobics. My daughter has been there for a while now and management has been wonderful. They stay on top of things and are very prompt in fixing reported problems
