My wife and I moved here within the past year and what a shame it was to do so. I have so many complaints that I don't know where to begin. I will start with the garages that were broken into. If you have a motorcycle or a nice car don't feel 100% safe because with the lack of lights we have in the parkin areas combined with no security you will be a victim a crime like many others have been. I have seen trash on others stairs that have been for at least a month staight. Non the less my major concern was the following 2 situations. One was that mainteneance likes to knock twice real quickly then enter, so if you're in the shower just stay in because someone might see you. My major concern was that we told this complex that were moving out and did not intend to stay because we had no satisfaction with their services. Then go figure we got a huge crack in the ceiling and when it rained our sofa and living room floor got soaked. We called it in and they didn't even see us until the following week when it continued raining that whole week. It is now a month and change since then and the crack is still there with no help from Signature Place (the #1 complex in hamton)supposedly. The staff when we got here was extrememly nice but now all the new staff are ignorant, shady, and rude to our needs. My wife and I are very simple and drama free people. But if I am paying sooo much for this tiny apartment I expect some reliable service from the staff or at least the maintenance staff. Over all this place is not safe. I don't care if take or see pretty pictures. I lived here and i am teling you from first hand that it isn't safe here and the service is HORRIBLE. This is one of my regrets in life. I would consider Cambridge over this place. If you are reading this save your time and look elsewhere. I am not rich so I say this with the most honesty that I don't want you wasting your money as well. DON'T DO IT.

I just want to say that I also live in an apartment at Signature Place going on 2 1/2 years. I agree with comment as far as the safety. On June 6, 2006, my car rear window was broken in attempt to steal something out of my car. There were several other random cars that were broken into the same night. People woke up the next morning to either policemen knocking on there doors or getting ready to go to work only to find their cars tampered with. Nothing was taken, but my window had to be replaced and middle console had to be replaced as well. The comment is extremely accurate about the maintenance. I am a female. I note that to say one morning I was just getting out of the shower. I heard 2 hard knocks on my door. Before I could ask who it was. Maintence guy was already walking into my apartment. They give you no time to respond or answer the door. This has happened to me three times. As far as the staff, there are new people. The personalities aren't as customer service oriented as the previous workers. Laura was the best staff person, and she's gone now. Just to let you know.... You are paying more for location or the name of the apartement than the quality and service.
