The place is nice and the staff is nice. We are on the second floor and we often hear walking upstairs, but in general it is not too noisy. The main problem here is maintenance. It takes a month or so for someone to even come out to look at the problem. Everyone is nice, but I have to call every few days to get anything addressed. If I don't call it seems to take even longer to get maintenance problems resolved. I also have had one experience with a water leak and although the cause of the problem was resolved warped/moldy boards were not removed the first time. I had to complain and follow up frequently to make sure they were removed.
