Work never gets done in our apartment. Parking is the worst. Only ONE garbage can on the entire property so you have to drive your trash around. Cars get broken into. property manager is so PHONY. Buildings are falling apart. Half of the lights on the property are out. The rent is way to expensive to live in such a crappy place. The rent goes up every time you renew your lease. Jacuzzi never works. Workout machines are loud and hardly ever work. Take my word for it DO NOT MOVE HERE!We are moving!

Sounds like a bitter person, we have lived here for 5 years and have enjoyed Signatue Place, the office is great and we have always had work we needed completed, sometimes it took a couple of days but was within a reasonable time. We recommend Signature Place.

I think Anonymous may work for Signature Place or is mentally incapacitated because this apartment complex SUCKS!

I agree with both Anonymous postings. I believe they hold the tenant accountable. Guess some don't like that!
