I have lived here for a about year or so. This is a very TRANSIENT community. People move in and out constantly almost like an extended stay hotel. There is never enough parking.. especially after 7pm. You have it all here, military, retired military, college students, thugs, working class, etc. I have a problem with the security here. There basically isn't any! They have a "courtesy officer" that lives on the grounds, but he doesn't patrol. Homeless people living in the Clubhouse!! The rent goes up tremendously each time you renew. Maintenance is incompetent and does not fix things properly the first time. The rent is due by the 3rd and if you are late you get letters from a lawyer almost instantly. Too bad they are not that diligent about improving the quality of life here. They also have flying roaches that come onto your patio at night or meet you in the hallway after it has rained a bit. Management also does not enforce their drug use policy here either. Not to mention, I have to drive my trash to the trash compactor on the property. I will not be renewing my lease.
Signature Place is just a lot of money and false status. It looks nice and high end on the surface. but it is far far from it. Trust me, you can do better somewhere else for a lot less.

Funny I have lived here for six years and have never encountered any of these issues, although I do agree parking oould be a bit better. My rent has never gone up more than $20-$30 and perhaps if you paid your rent on time you would'nt get a letter from an attorney. Hmmm????

I agree with the respondee. My girlfriend and I have lived here since July, and the price is fair compared to the market. I have never encountered problems with crime or homeless wandering around, and I believe I would have by now. So far as the parking is concerned, no complex is going to have "pristine" parking, and as far as the trash compactor is concerned, yeah, we could use a second one, but are you seriously that lazy that you cannot walk to take the trash out or walk an additional 50 feet to your apartment building. Sounds like someone is a little lazy to me.

"I have lived here for a about year or so. This is a very TRANSIENT community." Wow! I guess that is what people do in a military area.
"The rent is due by the 3rd and if you are late you get letters from a lawyer almost instantly." Intresting, being held accountable for your rent. What did the lease say when you read it before signing it?

I agree!! I currently reside at this dump and am hell bent on getting out once my lease ends. There is a SINGLE dumpster for trash that is located in the far corner of the property, maybe a 1/4 mile from my building. You've got bums who come to your door trying to scam you at 10:00 at night, ***holes who loiter at the pool at 2:30 in the morning, vermin who tresspass on the premises to cater to junkies. Best advice, if you want to live here, make sure you buy a gun, and keep it loaded at all times. When some random lowlife comes knocking on your door, kindly display you weapon and tell him that if he ever comes back he won't have a head.
