I have lived at Signature Place for about 2.5 years and have enjoyed my time here. I am only moving because my fiance is in the military and we are being stationed in another country. The apartments themselves (I lived in a two bedroom and now in a one bedroon) are nice and I greatly enjoy the walk-in closets in each bedroom. I am a teacher and really will miss the swimming pool in the summer. It is always kept clean and the area surrounding it is relaxing. The office staff are the best that I have encountered in all of my apartment living, and I have lived in 3 other complexes in the area. They are friendly and accommodating and I will definitely be sad to leave a place that has staff members who actually care about their tenants. A final plus about this complex is that it is safe. Being a female and currently having to live alone for the past few months, I can honestly say that I have never felt in danger or been in fear walking from my apartment to my car at night. I would definitely recommend Signature Place to anyone.

Seems kind of strange you responded in under five minutes... They must pay your rent to try and make them sound better. I'm sure there are people that would agree probably just two, Kim and Kelly. As a fellow teacher in the area, I think you would want more for the money. I moved out of there to Oxford trail a much much better complex both with office staff and especially their accomodations.

I personally have had no problems with the staff. Kelly is also nice and helpful, the manager is sometimes rude and I'm not sure of her name but the new girl they have is a nice as well. I would recommend Signature, compared to some of the other places i have researched this one seems the best.

Actually, since I am a registered user, they sent me an email notification that there was a response. They do not pay me anything and I am happy to pay my rent to them every month. They always take care of my problems in a timely manner and treat me with respect.
