Signature Place is a wonderful place to live. I give it a thumbs up. From day one their was wonderful customer service, everyone in the office is helpful and very friendly. The grounds were always kept beautifully, I hardly ever heard my neighbors and anytime I needed maintenance, it was taken care of by the next day. The amenities are wonderful they have a very clean gym and I enjoyed using the sauna and spa very much. My apartment was beautiful and the fire place was a major plus for me and my husband. I would encourage anyone who is thinking about making Signature Place there home to do so, I never had any problems and it was a pleasure living there.

FYI - This places' rating has gone up 8% in the last 3 days...most likely the staff is trying to boost their awful ratings and reviews, especially since there have been 3 new ones in just a couple days. So I would take the positive ones with a grain of salt, you're better taking your money and family elsewhere.

I agree with anonymous. You are better taking your money elsewhere. I lived there for four years and maintenance was never prompt with repairing anything. The staff were always rude and whenever I needed the code to get into the gym, they acted like it was a problem to give it to me. They were always changing it, like every three months, and they acted like it was an inconvenience to give it out. There were always dead bugs in the sauna and whirlpool. Anyone could come on the grounds. There was no security. So I agree with anonymous. I think it is the apt employees who are writing these reviews in an effort to boost their ratings. All is not what it seems. RENTERS BEWARE

I have lived here since 2007 and never had the problems these people are writing about here. I also know that if you want to know about a place call the police dept and see how many calls they get out here. VERY FEW! Check with the codes people in the city and find out how many complains they have gotten. Again very few. Glad the people complaining are gone.

I just have to warn all of the men and women on here looking for a GOOD and SAFE place to live. It's really odd that in the past week there have been THREE new and good ratings... Don't believe everything that you read and everything that the staff will show you over at Signature Place (which is ONLY the good, until you move in). The maintenance staff was slow, the office staff were rude, almost never in the office and ever changing, the property manager was a witch, parking was horrible, safety was horrible and most of the amenities that you pay for either don't work or were disgusting. Beware the smiles to get your signature on that lease. I am pregnant and have a one year old son and a husband that pulls in and out of sea very often, and I never felt safe while we lived there.
