I moved in Signature Place over a month ago and it seems okay though it was not my top pick. Maintenance is very slow, parking sucks and one garbage dumpster for the whole complex is also not a good idea. There is no playground for kids to play and the school they are zoned for sucks. I moved in with dirty carpet and a poor paint job. I will survive here for a year and thats all.
