Do not move here. I was a resident for six months, and I have to say that my time there was not pleasant. The management is horrable, includeing the property manager, she comes accross nice at firts when you are first stopping in to view the apartments, but as soon as you are a tenant, her whole act changes. She becomes nasty, to put it mildly, it seems when you have a problem with your apartment,maintance,etc, you are only bothering her, wasteing her time. The overall quaility of the complex is very low, cheaply built, with poor maintance. I would avoid this complex at all costs, nothing good can come of staying here. If you have a nice vehicle, expect dents,scratches, and you stand a good chance of it being broken into. Renting a garage will be no better, the garages are broken into frequently, and management does nothing to stop it. There is an on site security officer, but he is just there collecting his free rent. He never patrols, rarely respondse to your calls, and shows up a few days after any incident.

Here we go again. Two Anonymous complaints almost the same day. Again, check with Hampton Police Dept and you will see the real facts. Ive never had a problem with my car being damaged.
Both of the past two posting sound very much like the same person. Maybe not but just what they are writing is not backed up by the reports.

Really??? Two "anonymous" complaints in as many days. Definitely the same person, just look at the horrible spelling of the two and anyone can see that. I currently live at Signature Place, which is definitely not perfect, but is better than any complex in which I have lived. Every maintenance call I have made is addressed instantly, if on the weekends, handled as quickly as the on call person could arrive. Great job Signature Place, please ignore this crazy person who obviously has a grudge against Kim, a very nice, well spoken, well educated, and overall great property manager.
