Spinnaker Cove is no place to live unless you are desperate. I moved in recently and the unit I've got was not cleaned before I moved in.
Part of my lease claims that my apartment is "perfect". Well this "perfect" apartment has black mold and mildew in the top of the dishwasher, the tub enclosures need to be caulked, in one bathroom two of the three pieces of the towel rack are missing, the light switch in one bedroom connects to nothing. My problem list for this "perfect" apartment was three pages long when I turned it in, 90 % of everything on the list is reasonably easy to fix, and management does NOTHING!
They promise that things will be fixed but how much of my property gets damaged before they bother doing anything'
