I do not understand why anyone would have a negative thing to say about Spinnaker Cove. Their maintenance staff is top notch, and the office staff is always helpful and friendly. Renters, in general, just need to be patient and understand that the staff deals with alot on a daily basis. Personally, my experience moving in was easy because the office explained everything to me. I've only had to call for maintenance once in the time I've lived here, and they came promptly and took care of the issue.
Not to mention the fact that Spinnaker Cove is a beautiful complex with trees, lakes, and even ducks!! I would recommend Spinnaker Cove to anyone.
