Spinnaker Cove

Where do i start well the day we moved in the carpet was wet from them trying to clean it but when it finally dried it was nasty there were grease stains all over the place and not to mention the padding was warn out. The refrigerator was broke and it took them six months to get us a new one.
Then water started running down the walls staining them and then growing mold on them and all they did was spray the wall with the stuff called killz and the water and mold just kept coming back. The windows were a big problem to none of them seald right so in the winter it let a cold draft in and that sucked considering that our heat didn't work right any way. The parking was a mess to they just allowed people to just leave there old broke down cars sitting there, at times thier was four to five cars abanded just taking up space. Our hot water heater broke and it took them two months to get us a new one. The maintance group was horrible i fixed more than they did because it just took them to long to respond or they did a half --- job.
I would not recommend this place to anyone.
