The apartments are not worth the 950.00 you pay in rent, plus you have to pay an outradgous water bill every month. The office staff is horrible and not very helpful. The one young lady that works in the office is usually not dressed very professional, nor act professional. Every time that i went to the office she was making personal phone calls and expected the resident to wait till she was done. She also had the worst attitude, kind of snotty, self-centered, like she didn't have time for you(the resident). I strongly suggest not renting from spinnaker cove or any great atlantic property.
