I just moved in here in March 2005. I'd have to say the things that were said previusly came to me as a shock. I was relocated here from California and I'd have to say moving across the country was rather scary. I found this place on the internet, and after talking to one of the girls in the office, I was sold immediately. She was so helpful and friendly. They recommended that I look around and shop other communities which made me feel the confidence in the community right away. I love my apartment is definately reasonable compared to the other places I looked at. It's very quiet out here. . Virginia is not so bad afterall. I love the location, and most of all everyone is so friendly and helpful. Including my neighbors.

Either this person was lucky and got one of the very few apartments in Spinnaker that is decent or this kid just fell off the turnip truck. Most buildings in Spinnaker are falling apart; the vinyl siding is cracked with holes, the gutters overflow with leaves, the roofs leak, they may not clean an apartment between occupants. |
