I moved in to Spinnaker Cove back in 2004, I have always had god service. There for a while when Lauren(the manager) was there it did seem as if she didnt really care that much. But she was only here for a short period. Recently, I there have been a lot of changes taking place it seems like since the new manager got here a lot has changed. We got a tanning bed, they are replacing all of the balcony railing and it really looks nice. I can't say that I've ever really had too nany maint. problems just the norm, clogged toilet .. small things, But it seems like someone has always come the same day fixed it. I love the area. I find the price is reasonable compared to most. My lease is coming up and I will probably renew.
