staff ok but not enough to keep office open posted hours

grounds ok but snowstorm trapped us in apartment 3 days because they wouldn't even TRY to remove snow and ice

refused to even try to find leak in dryer venting that caused the smoke detector to go off while dryer was running

issue they can't control - there's nearly always low flying groups of AF fighter jets, so it's always noisy
