I've read over a lot of these reviews and I'd have to say that it's very funny that some of these people actually take the time out to write biographys.

Its short and simple. its a yes or a no.
I like living here. I don't have any issues. I know how to use a plunger, IF something were to happen to my dishwasher I know how to wash dishes and certainly woulnd't expect someone to come to my apartment on their day off to fix it. The problem is that, maintanence and babysitting are two very different things. I just had to write after reading some of this stuff. I would have to say overall Spinnaker Cove is a nice place to live. I don;t have any problems at all.

Your logic is flawed, you give 5 ratings on everything at Spinnaker Cove yet do not recommend living there? You expect people to seriously pay rent for included extra's like dishwashers and washing machines and not have them operate properly? You don't expect maintenance to come on their day off, how many days do they have off in a row, weeks and months at a time? You are obviously management trying to post any kind of excuse to validate the pathetic upkeep at your apartment complex. Sad, disappointing, yet I am not surprised.
