Management and maintenance stinks here! It takes a minimum of 2 weeks to get anything fixed and that's even when it is an emergency! Nothing in the workout room works or is even safe to try. There isn't enough parking...trash everywhere...you can hear everything the people above and next to you are doing...even taking a shower. You can also here every person coming up and down the stairs at all hours of the day and night. No one is ever available in the office and if they are they are rude and don't follow through with anything.

2 weeks before receiving emergency maintenance at Spinnaker Cove is actually pretty goood. In fact it may even be a record setting time.
