I lived in one corner of these apartments where the parking lot would flood every time it rained moderately. Just a little too pricy to deal with flooding. I believe my corner of the lot is the only flood area. Other parking lot areas don't have the problem. Maintenance was alright.
The property is very safe and secluded. Nice pond system with some wildlife visitors such as cranes, herons and ducks. Very quiet except for the jets overhead which isn't the propertie's fault. The only landscaping problem is the lack of it in the winter. No de-icing the walks or snow removal.
