Spinnaker Cove is probably one of the safest quietest apartments to live in Hampton. I have never felt scared to go outside in the dark by myself. I can't say that about much apartment complexes in this area, especially in the Coliseum area where I have some friends who live there who do tell me they get tired from the noise and reports of violence in their complexes. The apartments are spacious and well kept. Maintence is wonderful, and so is Gina, the resident manager. She is super nice and super helpful. I haven't really experienced any problems here at all and am very happy here. I can't imagine living anywhere else in Hampton. They even have a very nice tanning bed which is only $75 a year and is open 24 hours. Nice for the ladies!
Plus, with the location, it is near everything, including York County, Poquoson, Hampton, and Newport News, and LAFB. You can't say that about many places!
