When my husband and I got married I moved into this complex because he was already here and I was needing to get out of my apt. At first it seemed like a nice place to live but the longer I lived here, the more I was beginning to see that maybe he should have moved in with me. All of the outside facing walls are drafty. Our sliding glass door is very difficult to open. Also we have a huge problem with bugs making themselves at home in our master bathroom in the winter. In their newsletter they say they do pest control once a week in the spring and the fall. That is a complete joke. The two times that we had to call maintence they were fairly prompt in getting things fixed. They even called the carpet restoration people when our washer flooded so we wouldn't have to worry about it. While parking is a bit of a mess, I do feel safe walking from another parking lot back to my apt when I have had to park there. There are a few police officers here so that makes me feel good when my husband works late and I am home by myself with the kids. The only reason why my husband and I have stayed is because of Gina. She is really nice and helpful. All in all if you can find someplace else then go for it.
