Could use some upgrading but since my husband is a Hampton Police officer I can honestly say that it is one of the safest apartment communities in Hampton. It is beautiful out here and maintenance usually gets to me the same day and the people are nice. The only complaint that I have is that our Kitchens appliances and cabinets could be upgraded, But I wouldnt trade new for my safety.
