I guess when you have so many people to please its impossible to please them all. People that sit around and complain KILL ME!! F.Y.I ants happen to EVERYONE in the summer months, ALSO if you have lived in VA long enough you should know that water bugs are everywhere. you're surrounded by water what do you expect. For the people that are reading these reviews, I have to let you in on a little secret... People only gossip when the gossip is bad, The media, the news only like to show you all of the "bad things" that are going on in this world . Do they ever tell you about all of the good things that people are doing? Well its the same thing here on this web site. People only get on here to complain. But you have to make sound decision on your own and understanlive.d that you can't always please everyone. Not everyone has understanding of "natural disaster" or even NATURE. Nothing is perfect. These apartments along with everything else was made by man and man is not perfect. So stop upsetting yourself expecting perfection from any man made thing. There is only one perfect thing in your life and he doesnt reside on earth if ya know what I mean. I lived here for 3 years and I have had no problems. I recently moved my mother here b/c I like it here. The price is reasonable compared to most. Patience is a virtue my friend. If the problem is fixed in a timely manner thats all that really matters. I recommend Spinnaker Cove to anyone looking for a nice place to
