I am apolled by all of the comments on here. I can't say that I have never had any problems with my apartment. But I chose to live here because the price is right for what you get. It's a nice area and most of my neighbors are nice. Do I have bugs. Yes ! If you are moving here don't expect not to see any bugs. Wait a minute.... If you live in VA don't expect not to see any bugs! ********NEWS FLASH*********** Virginia is surrounded by water... BUGS WILL HAPPEN but anyway it appears that everyone wants the nice scenic view of the woods but they don't want what nature has to offer. (lol) As far as mainteneace, my a/c went out this summer too and I had to wait a couple of days. My unit was frozen at first and there is nothing they can do about a frozen unit, when it did thaw they realized I needed a new unit so I had to wait a day to get a new one. But since then it has worked fabulously. I can't blame anyone for that. I mean it was taken care of it seemed to me they did all they could do. It seems like to me that the people writing these reviews are using this as a sound board for complaiing. I'm going to do something different today and Say YES to living at Spinnaker Cove. I know theres newer places that I could live in for the price of a mortgage but I like it here. I'm not expecting miracles from a place that 20 some odd years old. I am satisifed. I am getting everything that I expected. Maybe these peoples expectations are a little unreasonable.
