The rent here is almost the same as a mortgage payment on a house. It wasn't always. Management tells you things and never follows through. If you try to take things to a person higher in the chain, you won't get any sort of response at all. Most of my neighbors have had things stolen from them, even when it was chained down. A police car sits at the front of the property, but there is never anybody in it. How safe is that' Last night I could hear people partying across the street, in a completely different building/cove, at midnight on a Wednesday. Parking is usually pretty good. Things aren't always fixed the correct way, but the problem gets solved. The carpeting isn't even put in properly. Management is 50/50. If you talk to the right person it's ok, otherwise they are rude and will talk back and hang up on you. Very UNprofessional. Can't wait to move.
