Well... All you had to do was give a proper notice. There is no real reason to be so angry with a person that is just doing their job and enforcing the legal and binding document you sign and ageed to when you moved in. As far as the appliacnes, Maybe when you do a market survey and take note to the communities with all the "newer" things their 1 bedrooms are priced at the price of Spinnaker Coves 2 bedrooms. And furthermore, communities similar to Spinnaker Cove either cost about the same or more. I will be the first to tell you that the staff at Spinnaker Cove strives for outstanding customer service. In most cases where a resident is unhappy to the extreme of writing a negative, injust review is simply because they didn't receive the answers they wanted from a member of management, That doesnt mean they were being rude, or inconsiderate they were just enforcing the policies that are set in place for a reason. We tried very hard to make everyone happy,But as we all know
it's nearly impossible . There are several rating on here, If you are trying to make a decision on whether or not you want to live at Spinnaker Cove by reading these reviews, You should speak to the people that have lived here for 15 years or longer. Check with your local police department to find out where you are moving to. Spinnaker Cove is peaceful and is every bit worth it.

It sounds like you work for Great Atlantic or complex management. Spinnaker Cove is a full set of building code violations that Hampton refuses to acknowledge. Maintenance has at least one theif. When I was there during the winter, the master suite had NO heat!!!! As far as management was concernced if I wanted heat in the master suite, I needed to shut off the heat in the great room!@!!! ALL of the bedroom windows required a prybar to open. My unit WAS NOT CLEANED before I moved in after the previous tenant moved out!!! BOTH ARE VIOLATIONS OF STATE LAW. If Gina is still the manager, she does NOT know the meaning of customer service. She is to wrapped up in her own little world. Her unit may be perfect BUT the rest of the occupants of the complex are supposed to be happy in a VERY EXPENSIVE TENEMENT. There were major problems with the unit I had that I reported the day I moved in, complained about in writing the whole time I was there, and were not fixed even after I moved out.

I concur, this place has violations from A-Z, you name and I can claim it. And the ignoramous that said they lived there for 15 years is an idot, and probably is part of Gina's family. These apartments should have been condemed 15 years ago. Know one should have to live with mold and mildew, rats, bugs etc. This is the United States, not a third world country, but I can't tell by the way these people conduct business. If it weren't for a pitty it would be a shame to even adverse such a dump, not mention the rent is waaaaayyyyy to high, these apartsment are certainly no Club Med style of living, trust me when tell ya that:( I hope they can sleep with themselves at night, especially Ms Gina, who can't see to manage to be professional when she deals with tenants. All's I can say is what goes around comes around and the seed you plant in this life, whether good or bad, will come back to.

How in the hell are you going to give the parking in these apartments an overall 5??? Come on!! Parking is soo damn bad. If you don't get home exactly by 430pm you WILL NOT GET A PARKING SPOT! Who ever posted that over all 5 must have there own parking spot. And the only ones that do have there own parking spot is the ones that have a handicap permit...So hint hint...that must be the reason for you not worrying about the parking issue. But for everyone else that doesn't have a handicap pass the parking is pretty ------!!

My husband and I are relocating to the area and were considering Spinnaker Cover. But after reading the tennant and management "war" going on....no way! Maybe management should focus on fixing the problems and educate the manager in customer service instead of engaging in a war of the words. Hey! you're scaring away business.
