Spinnaker Cove

I don't know how I've put up with this place for a year, but I'm about to break my lease because I'm ready to get the hell outta here! Management is ALL talk & no action! Maintenance are bunch of attitude (except 1) filled, incompetant morons, who try to tell you your things are in working order when they're not, because they don't want to spend time or money to fix things. And by the time they finall do, you've put in 3 or more requests for it. This place was built in the mid 80's and it clearly shows! From the dish washer to the fridge & stove, washer & dryer, A/C, etc. Great Atlantic needs to wake up and do some serious renovations to this place, as well as hire a WHOLE NEW STAFF! Oh and if you enjoy paying $40-50 or more every month on your water bill, no matter how much water you actually used, then c'mon in! Everyone in the same size apt gets billed the exact same amount, even if you only spent 2 days at your place all week. I'm in the military and have already told everyone I know NOT to even consider moving here and am about to reccomend that the housing office remove them from the rental partnership program. Rent is nearly $1000 per month, which is WAY too much considering the bad outweighs the good by a longshot! For another couple hundred, you could be in brand new luxury type apts. Oh yeah, I'm outta here!!!
