I lived there for 2 years. It was a nightmare and unless they changed the majority of the rude staff I wouldn't even recommend it to my worst enemy.

Although it is renovated, you can't cover up the bad spirits left behind or remaining. Get an exorcism performed before you move in there.

P.S. Don't go out at night because racoons might kick your ass.
