Hot water is often off at the worst times, morning when you are trying to get ready for work. They do not let you know the water is going to be off it just is. Multiple break ins around the property. ourdoor lights broken with no repair...my screens fall off my windows weekly. Guys working on their cars and "Testing" their sound systems in the yards. Parking is not close to my building annoying when you live on the third floor and you are carrying groceries in. Have had my dishwasher fix 4 times and it still doesn?t work right. My burners on my stove are loose and a pot of water tipped off my stove. those were not fix either. Hallways are often dirty. Loud music from apartment downstairs 2 floors down...so loud you can?t carry on a phone conversation.Dog poop everywhere, Maintance staff doesn?t know what they are doing. Also pest control and maintance come into your apt. with no warning. I got caught in my towel after a shower. We moved in here about 4 months ago and can not wait til our lease is up...we will be moving out....for the price I expect BETTER! They just raised our rent, WAY too much for the place, Not worth the cost.
