I lived at the Township Apartments for a year, and I have few complaits. Our dishwasher did break but they came and fixed it. The staff does come by the apartment to paint or spray for bugs and such when you are no home but they will send you notices. Which calms you a little, but I was still a little bothered about someone coming into my place with out me being there. Also a lot of people do have dogs so there is a grounds keeping issue. I have heard reports of trouble around the campus I have never experienced it myself. But if I could sum it up I think it is a good place to live if you are single and in the Air Force (It is only two miles from base) or in college. But it is not the place to be if you have kids. The prices are reasonable for what you get and when things broke they came and fix them in a reasonable about of time
